Mix cabbage, carrots, apples, broth, butter, caraway seed, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a lightly greased broiler pan. Place tenderloins onto a lightly greased oven-proof rack arrange over cabbage mixture. Brush pork with mustard sprinkle with remaining salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until meat registers 160 degrees on a meat thermometer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
