Brown ground beef with onion in a 12" skillet drain. Mix in remaining ingredients except for the chow mein noodles pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes sprinkle with chow mein noodles and bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
