Spread garlic over both sides of pork cutlets sprinkle sides evenly with sesame seed. Heat a 10" skillet lightly sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray over medium heat add pork, heating 4 minutes on each side or until done. Remove pork from skillet set aside and keep warm. Wipe drippings from skillet with a paper towel re-spray with non-stick vegetable spray and heat over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onion sauté 3 minutes. Stir in jam and mustard heat until thoroughly warmed, about 30 seconds. Place pork on English muffin halves top each with half of the mushroom mixture.
