Heat oven to 375°. Spray round pan, 9x1 1/2 inches, with nonstick cooking spray. Mix flour, currants, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Mix yogurt and oil stir into flour mixture just until flour is moistened. Spread dough in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm or cool.
