Black Magic Cake

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup strong black coffee
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

Caramel Fluff:
2 cups chilled whipping cream
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Shaved chocolate

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour Bundt pan; combine dry ingredients; add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes. Batter will be thin. Bake 30-40 minutes. Serve each slice with a dollop of Caramel Fluff.

Caramel Fluff:
In a chilled bowl, beat whipping cream, brown sugar, and vanilla until stiff. Can sprinkle with shaved chocolate for additional decoration.
