Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix with spoon (not mixer). Pour into 9x13x2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until center is done.
Topping:
Combine butter, sugar, and milk in small saucepan. Cook 5 minutes. Add nuts and coconut. Spoon on cake while hot. Yummy!
