Remove biscuits from can; pinch each one in half and re-from into 2 smaller biscuits to yield 20. Bake according to instructions on can. When done, remove from oven and cool. Slice each in half horizontally to make 40 pieces. Place 1/4 artichoke hearts on top of each biscuit piece. Mix mayonnaise and cheese together until smooth. Use this mixture to "ice" the top of each artichoke. When ready to serve, broil for 1–1 1/2 minutes, until lightly browned. (Watch closely; they brown quickly!)
