Mix beef, onions, salt and pepper in a bowl. Lay a square of dough down (if you use "large" squares cut into 4 squares) and place small amount of meat mixture in center. Roll up like a cigarette. Roll all Lumpies before cooking. You may have to wet side of dough to keep together. Drop each roll into hot oil. Cook for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot. Dip in taco sauce.
