Brown sausage and ground beef with onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, sugar, dry mustard, and pepper in a skillet, stirring until sausage and ground beef are crumbly; drain. Stir in sauerkraut. Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs and 1 egg and mix well. Chill, covered, in refrigerator.
Shape sausage mixture into 1-inch balls. Dip balls in a mixture of milk and remaining 2 eggs. Coat with seasoned bread crumbs. Arrange balls on a broiler pan. Broil in a preheated oven until golden brown; drain. May freeze sauerkraut balls before broiling for future use.
Note: May be served with hot sweet mustard sauce.
