Yield: Makes enough spread for 6 slices of bread
In a small mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, mustard, and mayonnaise. Stir in ham and Cheddar cheese. Cover and chill. Spread on crackers, bread, or celery sticks. Cover and store leftover spread in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Variations: To make roast beef spread, substitute cooked roast beef for the ham, and Swiss cheese for the Cheddar. To make turkey spread, substitute cooked turkey for the ham, and mozzarella cheese for the Cheddar.
