Blend all ingredients, except steak, for marinade. In shallow pan, place meat strips and cover with marinade. Marinate steaks 20 minutes, turning to coat. Thread strips of meat on pre-soaked bamboo skewers (to prevent burning). Brush with marinade. Broil quickly on hibachi or grill over hot coals until done, approximately 5 minutes, turning and basting.
