Pour condensed milk, lemon juice, and crushed pineapple with juice into smoothie container. Add cream cheese, banana, strawberries, and ice. Insert stir stick in top and press mix but-ton. Mix for 30 seconds while rotating stir stick counterclockwise. Press smooth button and let run for 45 seconds, continuing to rotate stir stick. Press mix button and pour into glass from spout. Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
