Pat fillets dry. Place in aluminum foil, smear top with mayonnaise and dribble over with lime juice. Add sprigs of dill and sprinkle with pepper before sealing the edges of foil. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes. Unwrap; garnish with lime wedges.
