Preheat oven to 425°. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, pecans, and garlic powder together. Place salmon fillets in a lightly oiled, oblong baking dish. Spread 1 teaspoon mustard on each fillet. Evenly sprinkle bread crumb mixture over each salmon fillet and season with pepper. Bake 10–15 minutes, depending on the thickness, until salmon is slightly opaque and topping is lightly browned. Transfer to a platter and serve.
