Season flour with salt and pepper to taste. Dip halibut in butter, then in seasoned flour. Place halibut fillets in a greased baking pan and pour 1/2 the remaining butter over them. Bake at 350° for 20–25 minutes, or until fillets flake.
Sauté peaches and almonds in remaining butter. Add lemon juice. Spoon a peach and some juice over each fillet.
