Halibut Steak with Sauce

Ingredients

1 - 1 1/2 pound halibut steak
salt and pepper
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/3 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup sour cream
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
parsley flakes
garlic salt

Directions:

Place halibut steaks in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place rings of onion on top of steaks. Combine melted butter, sour cream, and lemon juice. Mix by hand and pour over steaks. Place cheese over fish/sauce. Garnish with parsley flakes and garlic salt. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
