In a large skillet, brown garlic in oil. Add wine, cloves, and bay leaves. Cook slowly until wine reduces to 2/3 original volume. Add shrimp, mustard, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire to garlic/wine mixture. Cook for 3–4 minutes or just until shrimp are tender.
Fork pasta onto 4 individual plates. Transfer shrimp onto pasta and pour remaining garlic/wine sauce over shrimp. Garnish with chopped parsley.
