Must use glass baking dish and put together the night before. Coat an 8 x 10 inch baking dish with butter and spread half of cheese on bottom. Break eggs one beside the other on top of the cheese break yolks, but do not mix them up. Cook sausage and hamburger and drain off fat, then crumble over eggs. Pour cream over all. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Let stand overnight (refrigerated), then bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
