Total Calories: 141
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use nonstick spray on 8" casserole dish
Mix:
5 eggs with fork
Add:
1 cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Grey Poupon mustard
1/4 cup milk
1 cup bread cubes
Pour into casserole dish, top with 1/4 C. grated Swiss cheese.
Cook for 30 minutes or until set.
Serve with chopped tomatoes as garnish.
