In large skillet coated with nonstick spray, heat ham steak on medium-high heat until hot. Add apricot preserves and brown sugar, coating ham steak. Mix orange juice with cornstarch; pour over all. Reduce heat and simmer 5–6 minutes. Stir glaze till clear and slightly thickened. Remove ham steak and continue to heat till glaze thickens. Serve glaze over ham steaks.
