Sprinkle meat generously with Worcestershire, and shape into 8 thin patties. On half the patties, place 1 slice tomato, onion, and 1 slice cheese. Cover with remaining patties. Seal patties together, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Grill 10–12 minutes on each side. Serve on toasted buns or as an entrée with a salad and hash browns.
