Preheat oven to 400°. Combine browned ground chuck with Ro-Tel tomatoes and taco seasoning; set aside. Form a crust by pressing 1 can crescent rolls into bottom of a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Layer beef mixture and cheese on top of crust. Arrange remaining can of crescent rolls on top. Bake 15–20 minutes.
Editor’s Extra: Serve with salsa, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, or sour cream, if desired.
