With a sharp knife, cut 1/4 inch off one edge of cookies to make flat base (turkey tail). With chocolate frosting, glue large side of peanut butter cup over the hole in the middle of each cookie (turkey body). Then glue a corn candy in the middle of each peanut butter cup (gobbler). Next glue 2 chocolate chips on bottom of each peanut butter cup (legs).
