Melt butterscotch chips in double boiler over simmering water. Remove from heat, then add condensed milk, vanilla, and 1/2 cup pecans; stir well. Refrigerate until firm enough to handle. Spread onto wax paper, and form a 12-inch roll. Brush with egg white, then roll in remaining pecans. Refrigerate until firm, then slice.
