In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy smooth, scraping sides often. Add peanut butter and milk; beat slowly until smooth, about 3 minutes. Blend in topping until no streaks appear. Pour into pie shell and freeze. May be topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, if desired.
