Trim crust from cake. Tear into chunks and place in 9x13-inch baking dish. Combine cream cheese, whipped topping, and milk, blending until smooth. Spread mixture over cake chunks. Chill.
Glaze:
Combine water, lemon juice, sugar, and cornstarch in saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Add food coloring; mix well. Fold strawberries into Glaze. Let stand until cool. Pour Glaze over cake. Chill thoroughly.
