Crust:
Melt margarine with flour; press into 9x13-inch pan and add chopped nuts on top; press in. Bake at 350° until brown; cool completely.
First Layer:
Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth; fold in Cool Whip. Layer over Crust. Peak up on sides so Top Layer won’t run off.
Top Layer:
Mix first 3 ingredients in pan and bring to a boil; cook till clear. Cool a little. Add Jell-O; cool completely. Add strawberries and spread on top.
