* Cooking Time: 12 to 13 minutes Power: 100% (700 watts) 50% (350 watts) In a 4-cup microwavable measuring cup or bowl, place champagne or grape juice, sugar, cornstarch, jelly and, if desired, nutmeg. Whisk until blended. Add peach slices. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power (700 watts) for 5 minutes or until sauce comes to a boil, stirring after 3 minutes. Cover and set aside.
In a 12 x 8 x 2-inch microwavable dish, place ham in a single layer. Cover with plastic wrap, turning one corner back. Microwave at 50% power (350 watts) for 7 to 8 minutes or until heated through.
To serve, top ham with peach slices and glaze.
