* Cooking Time: 16 to 17 minutes Power: 100% (700 watts) 50% (350 watts) Standing Time: 10 minutes Crumble sausage into a microwavable colander in a shallow 1 1/2 -quart microwavable dish. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power (700 watts) for 2 minutes. Stir in onion. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power for 2 to 3 minutes or until onion is soft.
Discard drippings and juices. Wipe out dish. Transfer meat and onion to dish.
Stir in stuffing mix, green beans and half of the cheese set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk and garlic powder until blended. Pour over sausage mixture, coating all cubes.
Place dish on a small microwavable plate turned upside down in center of microwave oven. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power for 2 minutes. Reduce power and microwave at 50% power (350 watts) for 10 minutes or until center is almost set, rotating dish one-half turn after 5 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over top. Cover with foil and let stand on a heatproof surface for 10 minutes or until center is set.
