* "If you like canned ravioli, this recipe makes it taste even better." 1. Mix in a large bowl, 1 cup small curd cottage cheese, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, and 2 teaspoons dried Italian herb seasoning. 2. Add 2 cans (15 oz. each) beef ravioli in tomato and beef sauce and 1 1/2 cups cheese and garlic croutons. Gently stir with a rubber scraper until mixed. Be careful and try not to cut up the ravioli. Pour into a 1 1/2 -quart square microwavable dish. Lay a piece of waxed paper over the top. Wait for 5 minutes before cooking so croutons will soften. 3. Microwave at 100% power (700 watts) for 4 minutes. Stir and move mixture from edges of dish to the center. Place waxed paper on top again. 4. Microwave at 100% power 3 to 4 minutes longer or until edges are very bubbly and center is hot.
5. Dish Will Be Hot. Use hot pads and place directly on a wooden board or heatproof surface.
Arrange on top 4 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese.
Lay a piece of foil over casserole with the center high enough so it does Not touch cheese. Seal foil to edges of dish. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
6. Serve with garlic bread.
