* Cooking Time: 7 to 8 1/2 minutes Power: 100% (700 watts) Standing Time: 5 minutes Cooling Time: About 15 minutes Remove skin from chicken if desired set chicken aside.
In a 9-inch microwavable pie plate, place wine or water and bouillon granules. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power (700 watts) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until very hot. Stir until granules are dis solved.
Arrange chicken in liquid with thickest portions toward outer edge. Spoon liquid over chicken. Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at 100% power for 6 to 7 minutes or until no longer pink when cut along the bone, turning chicken over after 4 minutes. Cover with foil and let stand for 5 minutes. Uncover and cool in liquid.
When cool enough to handle, remove chicken from bones and cut meat to desired size. Use or refrigerate to cool completely. Use in salads, sandwiches or casseroles.
Note: Can be doubled. Allow about 7 minutes cooking time per pound of chicken.
