Remove skin from chicken. Cut chicken into bite-size strips. Place chicken in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of the lime juice and marinate for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, whisk wine, water, brown sugar, remaining 1 tablespoon lime juice, cornstarch and bouillon granules until blended. Add green onion. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power for 3 minutes or until sauce comes to a boil, stirring after 2 minutes. Cover and set aside.
Drain chicken pieces. Discard marinade. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a 2-quart oblong microwavable dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at 100% power for 4 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, rearranging chicken after 2 minutes. Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes.
Drain liquid from chicken. Top chicken with sauce. Slice remaining 1/2 lime and garnish chicken.
