Chocolate Cookie Bars

Ingredients

1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
powdered sugar

Directions:

1. Lightly grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.

2. Place chocolate chips and evaporated milk in a 2-quart saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until chips are melted. Remove from heat.

3. Stir in crumbs, sugar and vanilla until all crumbs are covered with chocolate.

4. Spread mixture in baking pan with a spoon. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Refrigerate at least 2 hours cut into bars.
