1. Heat oven to 350°. Have a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan ready.
2. To make crust, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press evenly in bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes. (Leave oven on.) Cool on a wire rack.
3. To make filling, beat cream cheese in a medium bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Beat in eggs. Add coconut, lemon rind, lemon juice, and flour. On low speed, beat until well blended. Spread evenly over crust to within 1/4 inch of edges. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until set. Cool on a wire rack 5 minutes.
4. To make glaze, stir together powdered sugar and lemon juice until pourable. Drizzle over filling. Cool. Cut into bars. Store in the refrigerator.
