Heat oven to 350° F. Blend together fish, sour cream, egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onion, and salt and pepper to taste. Place 2 tablespoons filling in each crepe roll and place seam side down in greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Brush with melted butter and lightly dust with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
