Heat oven to 350° F. In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and sauté celery and onion for 3 minutes. Stir in milk, cream cheese, pimiento, parsley, horseradish, salt, and pepper. Stir over low heat until cream cheese is well blended with other ingredients. Add ham, vegetables, and pasta pour into greased shallow 1 1/2 -quart baking dish. Combine Parmesan cheese and cracker crumbs sprinkle over top. Dot with remaining butter or margarine. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned on top.
