Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Roll in flour. Place in a baking dish, adding some water for liquid. Cook in oven at 350°F for 30 minutes, covered. Add the cream of chicken soup and continue to cook uncovered for another 30 minutes. Serve with potatoes, rice, dumplings, biscuits, or cornbread.
