Ingredients

6 cups chopped white fish
lemon juice
3 cups chopped tomatoes
3 cups chopped onions
1 cup diced green chili
15 diced green olives
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons Tabasco® or hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 teaspoons ketchup

Directions:

Cover fish with lemon juice and refrigerate over night in glass or ceramic dish. Do not use metal dishes.

Mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and marinate at least four more hours. Serve with crackers.
