Sprinkle half of cheese in pie shell. Mix fish with flour and place in shell. Saute onions in butter until soft, then add soup, sour cream, dill weed and pepper. Heat until near boiling, remove from heat, stir in eggs, and pour over fish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. At home bake at 325°F for 30 minutes or until set. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Very good with catfish, bass, or other warm water fish. Can be used even with trout, salmon, or canned tuna.
