Heavenly Hash Cake

Yield: 36 (1 1/2-inch) squares

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
8 tablespoons margarine
2 eggs
3/4 cup self-rising flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
------------------------------
ICING:
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 box powdered sugar
2 tablespoons evaporated milk (icing will be thin)

Directions:

Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and other ingredients except marshmallows. Bake in buttered 9x9x2-inch pan, 350° for 30-35 minutes. Test with toothpick. While cake bakes, make icing.

Icing:
Remove cake from oven and while cake is hot, pour marshmallows over cake to cover. When completely cooled, put icing on cake in pan.
