Butter cookie sheet and sprinkle nuts on sheet. Combine sugar, salt, butter, and water in medium-size microwave bowl (such as Pyrex or Corningware; not plastic) and cook in microwave for 8-8 1/2 minutes on full power. Pour over nuts. In separate microwave bowl, cook chocolate bar for 2 1/4 minutes on level 6. Spread melted chocolate over nuts and caramelized sugar. Put in freezer for 20 minutes or refrigerate for 45-60 minutes. Break in pieces, bag, and refrigerate.
