Preheat oven to 350°. Cream egg and sugar. Stir in baking soda. Fold in peanut butter. Roll into 36 balls; place on cookie sheet and crease top of balls with fork. Bake for 10 minutes.
Editor's Extra: For crispier cookies, leave on the cookie sheet about 5 minutes, then put on rack or brown paper.
