Rub the tenderloin with the cut garlic thoroughly. Sprinkle with salt and bake in a shallow baking pan about 1 1/4 hours (until tender) at 325°.Combine the wine, onion salt, and Beau Monde and simmer 1 minute. Combine all ingredients for the Mustard Sauce. Slice the tenderloin, pour hot wine sauce over the slices, and serve Mustard Sauce in a separate dish.
Editor's Extra: If you can’t find Beau Monde, recipe is fine without it. The Mustard Sauce is so good, it can be used over vegetables and even as a dip!
