Salt, pepper, and flour favorite steak and brown in a little oil in skillet. Take steak up and remove most of grease from pan. At this point, a little brown gravy may be made, then put the steak in gravy (or just put steak back into pan). Cover steak with sliced Irish potatoes and top with sliced onions. A shake of salt and pepper over the whole thing, and maybe a dash of soy sauce improves the flavor. Cover and simmer (20-30 minutes) until all is done.
