Defrost and let bread dough rise according to package directions. Roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Spread provolone and American cheeses over dough, keeping 1/2 inch from edge. Spread pepperoni next. Top with tomato, onion rings, seasonings, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle olive oil over all. Roll as you would a jelly roll and seal the edges. Rub with olive oil, puncture with fork, and place on oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
Hint: Add other sliced meats if you enjoy a meatier sandwich.
