Place chocolate in 3 separate microwaveable bowls with 1 tablespoon oil in white chocolate, 2 teaspoons oil in milk chocolate, and 1 teaspoon oil in semisweet chocolate. Microwave white chocolate and oil until chocolate is melted, stirring to blend. Dip berries in white chocolate to coat 3/4 way up berry. Allow coating to harden, then dip into melted milk chocolate, about 1/2 way up, leaving a strip of white chocolate showing. Let harden, then dip tops of berries in melted semisweet chocolate. Store on a wax paper-lined plate in refrigerator.
