Reserve 1/2 cup Oreos. Mix remaining Oreos with butter, and press onto bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Spread half of ice cream over Oreos. Top with 1 jar fudge sauce. Spread remaining ice cream over fudge sauce. Pour remaining fudge sauce over top. Spread with Cool Whip, and garnish with reserved Oreos.
