Combine partially thawed strawberries, egg whites, sugar, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl with electric mixer at high speed for 5 minutes or until thick and fluffy. Whip cream, and fold into strawberry mixture. Freeze in molds and serve directly from freezer.
