Mix together condensed milk, egg yolks, and lemon juice. Pour into crust. Beat egg whites till stiff peaks form, gradually adding sugar. Put meringue on top of pie, and bake in 350° oven till top is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Editor’s Extra: If you’re watching your fat intake, substitute fat-free condensed milk, and use Egg Beaters instead of egg yolks.
