In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and 1 tablespoon of milk until smooth. Fold in half of whipped topping. Spread over graham cracker crust. Chill.
In large bowl, beat pudding and milk with wire whisk or hand mixer on LOW speed for 2 minutes. Pour pudding over cream cheese mixture. Chill.
Before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over top. Sprinkle with coconut or nuts, if desired.
